Thammachart Seafood in partnership with The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will launch the second series of Seafood Appreciation Dinner with a U.S. Seafood edition featuring special guest, Chef Colin Stevens, cooking alongside Thammachart Seafood’s Corporate Chef, Chef Pepe Lopez, on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at The Dock Thonglor.
The U.S. Seafood Appreciation Dinner will be a one-night, 5-course dinner which features U.S. premium seafood products such as Pickering Passage Oysters, King Salmon, King Crab, and Maine Lobster and includes free flow wine at one fantastic price of 1,990 THB++.
Chef Colin will cook up a delectable signature dish of Grilled Maine Lobster – grilled live Maine lobster basted with herb butter served with fried polenta cake, grilled mushroom medley, and smoked lobster head & sherry thyme broth. Chef Pepe of The Dock will prepare his creative signature dish of King Crab & Avocado Cannelloni – Alaska king crab leg with avocado cannelloni served with tangy romesco sauce and caramelized pine nuts.

Chef Colin Stevens – Seafood specialist with over 20 years of professional experience from around the globe, easily recognized by his signature Mohawk and amiable nature. His career began in Hawaii, then New York, and eventually all over the world. Has been appearing in Food Network USA, as well as many television shows and magazines in Thailand, Turkey, and USA, surely guarantees the success in his career. “For me, cooking is a lifelong passion that I am fortunate enough to have made my life’s work.
