Mango Tree Café Tokyo Dome City LaQua becomes the group’s latest casual and contemporary dining concept in the “Land of the Rising Sun”, boosting its nationwide collection to almost 30 locations, covering five distinct brands
Mango Tree Worldwide, the world’s leading Thai restaurant operator, continues to introduce high-quality, convenient and contemporary Thai cuisine to Asia’s most dynamic destinations with the launch of a new Mango Tree Café in downtown Tokyo.
Mango Tree Café Tokyo Dome City LaQua is perfectly positioned within Tokyo Dome City, one of the Japanese capital’s top entertainment complexes which features almost 70 restaurants, cafés and bars, an amusement park, a shopping mall with almost 50 stores, a hotel, spa and event space. These facilities are all adjacent to the Tokyo Dome, an impressive international sporting arena.
Bright, vibrant and inviting, Mango Tree Cafés are ideal for every occasion, including light lunches with friends and family meals. Diners can enjoy a wide selection of Thai favourites, such as pad grapao (spicy minced pork with rice and a fried egg), khao pad (fried rice) tom yum (spicy and sour seafood soup), pad Thai noodles, “Half & Half” set meals and more, all freshly-cooked onsite and accompanied by a range of beverages, including fruit juices, tropical blends, cold beers, fine wines and premium whiskies. Young guests can enjoy their first taste of Thai food with a colourful Kid’s Menu, and all diners can finish their meal with a delicious dessert, including a choice of exotic ice creams.
Easily accessible via the JR rail and subway networks, the 49-seat Mango Tree Café Tokyo Dome City LaQua is open daily for lunch (11.00 – 17.00 hrs) and dinner (17.00 – 23.00 hrs). The launch of this new outlet continues Mango Tree’s successful strategy of bringing casual Thai dining to areas of high footfall, such as transport hubs, shopping malls and entertainment complexes.
This opening also underscores Mango Tree’s confidence in the Asian hospitality industry, in the wake of the COVID-19 global pandemic. As life in many countries starts to return to normal, the majority of Mango Tree’s 69 outlets worldwide have now reopened, in line with the “new normal” of advanced safety standards and social distancing. The company has also reinforced its focus on healthy cuisine, using organic ingredients and local produce to create fresh and sustainable dishes.

This latest addition to the group’s portfolio follows the launch of five new locations in 2019, covering three of the country’s largest gateway cities: Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.
