The Chefs from Eighty Twenty Bangkok and Haoma come together for a two night collaborative dinner to create an explosive Thai-Japanese-Indian fusion dining experience.
Three of Bangkok’s young and mischievous chefs are coming together to create an epic dining experience that blends three distinct cultures over a two night dinner at Haoma restaurant on the 7th and 8th of August 2018.
Chef Deepanker Khosla (DK) of Haoma with Chef Napol (Joe) and Chef Saki of 80/20bkk will create original dishes that feature a melting pot of Thai, Japanese, and Indian flavours, utilising ingredients from Haoma’s very own urban farm.
Every dish will be a unique creation from a collective of three culinary minds, designed to create an unforgettable dining retrospective. This is one of the first explosive ‘Food Trinity’ series that you will not want to miss out.
