Everybody’s favourite fresh pasta and Natural Wine eatery in Asok will be celebrating their Festive Season 2021 with a very special Festive A La Carte menu which highlights gourmet classics but with an About Eatery twist. Diners can expect starters like, ”Sauté Scampi”, Cauliflower with Italian Black Truffle Mousseline’ and for mains, something you’re unlikely to see on any Christmas menu this year in Bangkok, the Poached Pig Trotter “Zampone”. An Italian pork sausage that has a creamy texture and a spicy flavor. The sausage is usually made from minced pork shoulder, other pork meat and pork skin, and then is encased in the skin of a pig’s foot. For About Eatery’s version it will be served with Braised lentils & Chestnut Puree. Last but never least, homemade ”Panettone with Crème Anglaise”.

Chef Som Jutamas Theantae, talented chef previously at Conveyance in Bangkok has opened her own restaurant in Hua Hin this October 2021, named “SOM’S TABLE”.
